BRIGGS, LONGWELL, EUCKER, HOLDEN, AND SCHMID ALL CLAIM VICTORIES ON RACEWAY 7’s FIRST RESPONDERS NIGHT!

CLOSE RACE SUPPLY RACE REPORT:
Monroe Center, OH (July 24, 2026) By Marc Hoegerl: Raceway 7 was once again blessed by beautiful mid summer weather and an action filled night of racing, etching night #6 of the 2026 season in the record books.

Erie’s Ashton Briggs in his first Raceway 7 visit of the season, would take no time getting to the front from his front row starting spot, going the distance to grab his first Raceway 7 Evergreen Lake Park Campground RUSH Crate Late Model feature win of the season, as well as his second career win in the class at Monroe Township oval. Following the 11A across the line would be Michigan native Colby Beighey after staring 7th, former champ Breyton Santee was 3rd, points leader Billy Henry after getting mixed in the shuffle early on would regain his composure to finish 4th, as Will Pinckney having one of his best runs of the season would round out your top 5.

Hubbard’s Colton Longwell would show his previous weeks feature win was no fluke, as Longwell would once again oust the field for his second Campbell’s Mini Storage UMP Modified feature triumph of the season at Raceway 7. Longwell who started in the 4th position would use his signature top side move to grab the lead coming out of turn four as the field was heading for lap 1, and would go on to completely dominate the event crossing the line 9.67 seconds ahead of 2nd place finisher Nate Young. Point’s leader Josh McDonald after running 2nd most of the event would have to settle for 3rd, as Mason Lobb, and 13th place starter Joel Watson would out the top 5.

Reigning Raceway 7 Lakeview Ford Econo Mod champion Jake Eucker would finally get the monkey off his back, nailing down his first Raceway 7 feature win of 2026. Eucker the all-time winner in the division at Raceway 7 would weather the lengthy caution periods and the challenges from 2024 points champion Garrett Calvert to secure the win. Calvert would have to settle for 2nd, 8th place starter Jeremy Double was 3rd, 12th place starter and previous week’s winner Zack Eller was 4th, and Ari Samuelson with a stellar run would round out the events top 5.

Kinzu Dam Region’s Kole Holden would not be denied in the 15 lap Nicky B’s Truck & RV Collision RUSH Sportsman Modified feature. Holden would grab the lead at the outset and pace himself the entire distance to cash in his 3rd Raceway 7 feature accolade of the season. This would also be Holden’s 8th career feature win in the division at Raceway 7, placing him 2nd on the division’s all-time winner’s list only five wins behind former champion Chas Wolbert. Nolan Burns, Jacob Rutana, Doug Rutana, and Kyle Martell would round out the events top 5.

June 19th winner Will Schmid would inherit the lead on lap 8 as race long leader Jacob Hull would go pit side. Schmid would lead the remaining four circuits to pick up his second Raceway 7 21st Century Energy Mini Stock feature win of the season. Following the Erie native across the stripe would be Alexis Vogt, Devin Haefke, 17th place starter Zoey Gill, and Masury’s Dakota Bush
