RUMBLE on the HILL!!!
What a race last night at Hilltop Speedway for the Rumble on the Hill.
Corey DeLancey bests Brian Baumberger by .017 seconds to take the victory and the $1,200 payday in a race that saw zero cautions.
Thomas Baker and Brian Baumberger would lead the field to the green flag after finishing one and two in the fast 4 Dash. Baker would jump out the early lead with Baumberger sticking right to the rear bumber of Baker. Baumberger would take over the lead and start putting distance between him the and the rest of the field. Baumberger would continue to lead with DeLancey, Milbee and Baker in tow. DeLancey would start a charge to the front with about 5 laps to go, Baumberger would get high in turns 1 and 2 and rub the wall, that would give DeLancey a chance to close in and battle for the lead with a few laps remaining. Baumberger and DeLancey would put on a great battle the last few laps with DeLancey crossing by .017 seconds at the line followed by Baumberger, Milbee, and Baker.

Thank you to all the drivers for coming out on a friday night to put on a great show!!! We only had on e caution all night long, it was some great racing.
Thank you fans for coming out and watching some great racing.
Our very own Robbie Devore won a very exciting announcers race. There were 5 cars in the race for 6 laps. Robbie would split 2 cars to take the lead and never look back. I am very glad the announcer for Hilltop, Donnie is Ok as he took a hard hit on the turn 2 wall.
Good Luck to all the drivers heading to Skyline Speedway tonight for the Harvest 50!!!
Championship points are updated on My Race Pass. We have some close battles going in to the last race of the season at Eldora Speedway for the Steel Block World Championship
