RAIN WASHES OUT NIGHT 2 OF THE “APPLE FESTIVAL NATIONALS” AT SHARON

(Hartford, OH)…After a successful opening night of the “Apple Festival Nationals” on Friday that saw 165 cars in competition and thrilling racing action, rain overspread the region on Saturday afternoon washing out night two that was to feature the “Weller Family Memorial” for the BRP Mod Tour. Those that purchased advance general admission tickets and patio seats for Saturday night will be refunded. Stay tuned for information regarding night two of the “Apple Festival Nationals”.

The next scheduled event will be the final race of the 97th anniversary season on Saturday, October 10 featuring the World of Outlaws NOS Energy Drink Sprint Cars for $18,000 in “Sheldon’s Buckeye Brawl” and the Hovis Auto & Truck Supply UMP Mods presented by A&MP Electric for $1,500 to-win.
